Warranty: Standard company warranty for all products valid from the date of purchase, no warranty will be effective for mishandling or breakage of the products. Shashwat Surgical Pvt Ltd will not be liable for mishandling or breakage & no claims can be made thereafter.
Replacement & maintenance: Issue on hardware will be handled by our team of technicians. Another product will be provided for use if necessary maintenance takes more than 2 days within warranty period specified, the product will be replaced if the product cannot be fixed & will only be valid till product warranty period only. The charge for the parts is applicable during maintenance.
